Avalon is a female Black Lab.
She was born 7 April 2001 and raised by Nikki and her family of Hamlin.
She passed her IFT on 17 October 2002 and began Guide Dog training at the
GEB training facility. She was in training for several months before she decided this was not the
kind of work she wished to do. She opted to come home to her raiser
family to be their loving family pet instead. Avalon helped show Carney
(a female Golden Retriever that Nikki raised for GEB) how to be a very mannerly puppy.
