| Cajun
is a female Black Lab, born 13 October 1998. She was the xth dog raised by
Brian and family of Irondequoit. After passing her IFT on 8
July 2000, Cajun continued in to Guide Dog training. Cajun then
became a home-trained dog, which means she did all her training with her new
partner in the situations she would actually be working in, rather than at
GEB's Training School in Yorktown Heights. She graduated on 3
November 2001 with her new partner. She retired in 2005 and returned to
live with her raisers.
