| Kincaid is a male Black and Tan German Shepherd Dog, born 25 April 2006. He was started by Lynn, Mark and Claire of Spencerport, their third GEB puppy. He was finished by Renee and family of East Rochester, their first GEB pup. Kincaid left the puppy program to pursue a career in law enforcement with the Connecticut State Police, but then decided he'd rather live with a police officer than work with one. He was adopted through GEB by a State Trooper.
