Noel

Noel is a female Yellow Lab. She was born 14 August 2006. Noel is being raised by Pam, Steve, Virginia, Katherine and Rebekkah of East Rochester. Noel is the second GEB puppy they've raised. Noel joined the Special Needs program after her IFT on 11 March 2008. By July she decided that her girls needed her more and she came home at the Summer picnic to rejoin her raiser family as their "forever dog".

Noel is now a therapy dog, registered with Therapy Dogs, International. She most enjoys reading with the kids at the East Rochester school.

Interesting fact: Noel is an honorary member of a local Pioneer Girl Pathfinder group. The girls have helped train her and have spent time learning about Guiding Eyes for the Blind, earning a special badge!

Another interesting fact: Noel and Juliet are cousins. They both have the same grandfather, Isaiah, a yellow Labrador retriever who is a stud for GEB.

Yet another interesting fact: Noel likes to play with TWO tennis balls at a time. She holds one in her mouth and bats the other one around on the floor with her paws, just like a cat would!
