Toby is male Black Lab, born 3 April 2003.  He was raised by first-time raisers, Emily and family of Rochester.  Toby passed his IFT on 7 July 2004 and graduated with his new partner on 19 March 2005 and now lives with him in Towson, Maryland.

Interesting fact:  Toby was in the home training program, which means the graduate was unable to come to GEB.  After being trained, Toby was taken to Maryland for pairing with his new partner.
