About GEB

Retired Guides Riggs and Roman and Puppy in Pre-Training Kyrie visited a local Elementary School before classes began to share "Breakfast and a Book Club" with the children.  They were, as always, a big hit!
Handlers (l-r) Cindy, Shelli (the school's Reading Specialist held the leash while Donna took photos!) and Diane enjoyed their time sharing Roman, Kyrie and Riggs with the children.
Area Coordinator, Cindy and her dog, retired Guide Roman are great ambassadors into the community.  Many of the retired guides have new careers as therapy or ambassador dogs for Guiding Eyes for the Blind.
Kyrie is getting great socialization with the kids.   All of our puppies in pre-training are exposed to situations they may encounter in their career as Guides.
Roman and his new friend find out "Where the Sidewalk Ends"
(Semi!)-Retired Guide dog Riggs also enjoys his numerous school visits, as well as his other outings.  He is also a great role-model for the other GEB puppies that Diane has raised.
